President Commisioner (Independent Commissioner)

Indonesian citizen, 60 years of age. Has been serving as Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2017, and as President Commissioner of the Company since 2022. He is also concurrently serving as Director of PT Kafahteh Abadi (1992–present).

Indonesian citizen, 59 years of age. Obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, British Columbia, Canada, in 1986 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from City University, British Columbia, Canada, in 1988. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 1999. Has been serving as Commissioner of the Company since 2017. He is also currently serving as President Commissioner of PT Hero Supermarket (since 2008) and Director of as PT Hero Intiputra (since 1992). He previously served as CEO of PT Hero Supermarket (1992–2008).

Indonesian citizen, 44 years of age. Obtained his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management from Norwich Military University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business and Master of Arts (MA) in Global Leadership from Hawaii Pacific University, Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Virginia Tech University, and Government Leadership Certificate from the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas). Previously served as Commissioner at PT Telekomunikasi Seluler (2015 - 2018). He is currently serving as Commissioner at Pertamina Gas (2021 - present) and SiCepat Ekspres since 2022 and Board of Trustees of the Indonesian eSports Association, PBeSI and IeSPA. He was appointed as Commissioner of the Company in 2022.
